The New Saints made it five wins from five with a stoppage-time winner after letting slip a two-goal lead.
Fiona Barry and Lexie Harrison had them two goals ahead, Jodie Bartle’s reply was followed by a Natasha Thomas equaliser for Wrexham in added time, but Barry grabbed her second of the match in the 95th minute.
Swansea City pulled level on points with second-placed Wrexham after a 4-0 victory at Barry.
Chloe Chivers and Aimee Deacon each bagged a brace for the Swans, the latter’s second coming from the spot after Barry substitute Amelia Herbert was sent off.
Cardiff City ran out 7-1 winners over local rivals Cardiff Met despite going behind.
Lily Moralee-Hughes put the Archers ahead, but Gillian Keenan, Mackenzie Olden, and substitute Katie Oakley each scored a couple of goals in reply, with Lily Billingham also getting on the scoresheet.
Briton Ferry also posted a 7-1 result over visitors Aberystwyth.
Maizie Stiens scored a hat-trick, a feat matched by substitute Freya Peyton, while Katy Hosford also found the net after Amy Jenkins had pulled it back to 2-1 for Aber.

Felinheli 2-3 Llanfair United
Bangor City 2-3 Flint Town United (Att: 133)
Flint Town won all their three games after a 3-2 victory at Bangor, set up by a brace from Kelsey Davies.
Llanfair United progressed as runners-up, winning by the same score at Felinheli as Grace Thomas hit a stoppage-time decider.

Wrexham Foresters 3-0 Berriew
Connah’s Quay Nomads P-P Llandudno
Wrexham Foresters beat Berriew 3-0 to lead the table on goal difference from Connah’s Quay, who will join them in the knockout rounds.
Wrexham had Savannah Miller sent off before the half-hour mark, but Anna Thomas later doubled their lead and Kirstie Kural completed the scoring.

Penybont 1-5 Cascade YC
Pure Swansea 1-1 Cwmbran Celtic
Cwmbran Celtic’s point at Pure Swansea was enough to clinch them the top spot. Gracie Grosvenor converted a first-half penalty for Cwmbran, and Kayleigh Hateley levelled in the last 20 minutes.
Cascade claimed second place with a 5-1 success at Penybont, Ellis Lunn scoring three times, although the first of her goals was cancelled out by Megan-Ruby Clarke. Trinity Reaks and Annaliese Lewis each added a goal apiece.

Cambrian United 1-0 Llanrumney United
Carmarthen Town 1-0 Pontypridd United (Att: 70)
Carmarthen won the group with a single goal against Pontypridd United, who narrowly took the runner-up spot. Jasmine Guymer scored just six minutes in to take the points.
Cambrian United just missed out despite defeating Llanrumney United with a 19th-minute penalty by Niamh Duggan.
