Wrexham Women have advanced to the Champions League First Qualifying Round Final on their UWCL debut.
Armenian side Pyunik took an early lead with a chip from outside the box by Susanna Badalyan, but Wrexham were quickly back level as a strong run by Faye Knox set up Katie Barker to finish.
Early in the second half, Lili Jones chipped the visiting keeper from the side of the area to inside the far post.
Ava Suckley bundled home the third after Lili Jones’ effort wasn’t gathered by the keeper, but moments later Pyunik hit back with a Luiza Ghazaryan strike from distance.
Natasha Thomas battled to get her shot away before firing home to make it 4-2, then rattled the crossbar from outside the box moments later.
Wrexham now play Riga in Saturday’s mini-tournament final.
Glentoran lost 4-1 to Latvian champions Riga in the early game at the Racecourse Ground.
Kumba Brima’s header was the only difference at the break, but the Glens were twice desperately close to an equaliser just before half-time.
Riga took control after adding two more goals and, although Demi Vance set up Faye Loughran to pull one back, Brima then doubled her tally.

Athlone Town overcame Skopje 4-0 with goals by Shauna Brennan, Noelle Murray, Dana Scheriff and Michaela Hand.
They will now face KKS Czarni Sosnowiec of Poland – who thrashed WFC Nike of Georgia 7-1 – in the Mini Tournament Final on Saturday, 25 July at 17:00.
