Wales Women made it four points from two World Cup Qualifying League B games after a big win over Montenegro at Parc Y Scarlets.

Ceri Holland played Hannah Cain in behind to shoot past the goalkeeper, and was played through again, but this time squared for Rachel Rowe to finish.

Mared Griffiths scored at the second attempt after a fumble by the keeper, after a corner wasn’t cleared Mia Ross crossed for Sophie Ingle to head home.

Carrie Jones then set up Cain for her second goal of the match with a simple tap-in and 5-0 half-time lead.

Armisa Kuc lobbed goalkeeper Safia Middleton-Patel to get a goal back, but from a through ball by Jones, Griffiths rounded the keeper to score her second and Wales’ sixth goal.
