Scotland Women completed a World Cup League B qualifying group double over Luxembourg.

Scotland took less than a minute to open the scoring, with Caroline Weir playing in Kathleen McGovern to finish.

Weir also assisted in doubling the lead on 10 minutes, as her corner was headed in by Jenna Clark.

Weir and Charlotte Newsham combined to cross, and McGovern was on hand to score her second and Scotland’s third.

After the break, a Weir corner was once again nodded into the goal by Clark, and Scotland matched the earlier result of 5-0 when Lauren Davidson glanced in a cross from Leah Eddie.

Weir’s fourth assist came from a corner kick, with Emma Lawton getting the final touch and Maria McAneny curled in number seven.
