Shrewsbury Up & Comers won the Shropshire League but lost to Ellesmere Rangers in a seven-goal thriller Cup Final.
The triumph comes after the Up & Comers had finished third in the previous two campaigns, last season falling just a couple of points short of the champions.
Shrewsbury were unbeaten in their 22-game league campaign, finishing comfortably clear of Shawbury United, who will be pipped to the runners-up spot if Worthen avoid defeat at eighth-placed Bridgnorth Spartans on Sunday, 24 May.
Broseley harbors hopes of taking third spot as they host the next-to-bottom Shropshire Lions, but they need Worthen to slip up and a swing of seven in goal difference.
Katie White scored twice and Amanda Reeve once for the Up & Comers in the League Cup Final at Croud Meadow on 10 May, but Felicity Townsend netted a hat-trick for Ellesmere and Sophie Bayliss also scored in their extra-time victory.

Shrewsbury got revenge 10 days later in an away league fixture, blowing away fifth-placed Rangers with five first-half goals.
