Preston Women will begin their FA Cup campaign with a second round qualifying tie at Deepdale.
The North West League side have had a mixed season so far since their promotion to the Premier Division and host Wirral United, who have made a strong start in Division One South.
Two abandoned First Round Qualifying ties were replayed last week, with Atherton Laburnum Rovers beating Curzon Ashton 5-3 to book a home game with Crewe Alexandra, and Stanground Cardea Sports winning 3-1 at Spalding United to secure a trip to Basford United.
Fifth tier sides of the Regional League Premier Divisions enter this Sunday, when winning clubs at this stage are set to collect £3,500 from the competition prize fund, and teams who exit in this round will receive £1,000.
Sherborne Town have received a bye in this round due to Saltash United withdrawing from the competition in advance of this draw.
