Australia were held 1-1 in Perth by Slovenia, who equalised in stoppage time despite losing the first of the friendly double header 3-0.

Ellie Carpenter had provided the ball from which Michelle Heyman opened the scoring five minutes after the interval but the home side could not find a second goal for the 13,000 crowd.

Mackenzie Arnold had made a save in the last minute of the 90 from Mirjam Kastelec, as the Matildas side struggled to keep out multiple efforts by Slovenia.

But the leveller did soon follow, as a shot from Naja Mihelic came back off the near post and Kastalec was first to the loose ball to ram it home.

Ecuador struck four times in 15 second-half minutes for a 4-0 result over Guatemala, Nayeli Bolanos and Danna Pesantez with two goals each.

Japan defeated the USA 3-0 in an U-17 international, Manami Sato, Nda Fukushima and Yuna Takahashi all finding the net.

Estonia 0-1 Kosovo
Belarus 3-0 Azerbaijan
Benin 0-2 South Africa
Morocco 4-0 Tanzania
