Mara Alber Chelsea warms up before the friendly game with Ajax Leonie Kiehl SPP
Chelsea Women forward Mara Alber will spend the rest of the season on loan at Werder Bremen.
The 20-year-old joined Chelsea in the summer from TSG Hoffenheim but her match time has been restricted to just a pre-season friendly away to Ajax.
The versatile forward is a regular for the Germany Under-23 national team and now returns to her country to gain playing time in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
