Man City Women scored a late goal against PSG but had to settle for their third consecutive draw in the Champions League.
UWCL Match Day 3:
Austria Wien 1-4 Juventus
Paris FC 1-1 BK Häcken
HB Køge 0-8 Barcelona
Manchester City 1-1 Paris Saint-Germain
Manchester City’s latest breakthrough was quickly cancelled out by Paris Saint-Germain, leaving the hosts tenth in the table.
Khadija Shaw had a great chance to open the scoring for Man City midway through the second half, but PSG goalkeeper Oliwia Szperkowska tipped the shot round the post.
It was Shaw who was taken down in the area by Griedge Mbock, and the Jamaican striker got to her feet to bury the penalty.
Substitute Tara Elimbi Gilbert burst into the box and fired a shot through Ayaka Yamashita’s legs to score the equaliser.
Barcelona led the table after match day three, keeping up their 100% record away to HB Køge.
Caroline Graham Hansen converted a penalty a dozen minutes in, and Ewa Pajor also scored during the first half.
Esmee Brugts and Patri Guijarro both scored by the hour mark to ensure the victory.
Barça then ran riot, Clara Serrajordi and Kika Nazareth on target, Clàudia Pina scoring twice.
Juventus secured a second win 4-1 away to Austria Wien.
Matilde Pavan’s goal saw Juve up at half time and Alba Redondo doubled the lead from the penalty spot.
Lotta Cordes replied with a header in the last dozen minutes, only for Kysha Sylla and Júlia Bartel to wrap the points up for the visitors.
Paris FC led for virtually the whole game against BK Häcken but conceded after a 90th-minute dismissal.
Évelyne Viens scored after just two minutes, but after Clara Mateo was shown a red card, Anna Anvegård grabbed the equaliser.
It was the first point in three games for Häcken and the second for Paris FC.
