Laura Blindkilde Brown Signs New Contract with Man City Women

Laura Blindkilde Brown has signed a new contract with Man City Women that will keep her at the Joie Stadium until the summer of 2030.

The 23-year-old midfielder has committed her long-term future to City following an outstanding period of development since arriving from fellow Barclays Women’s Super League team Aston Villa in January 2024.

Across the 2025-26 campaign where City lifted both the Women’s Super League title and Adobe Women’s FA Cup, Blindkilde Brown made a total of 29 appearances in all competitions – the joint second-most among her colleagues.

The England international has established herself as one of global football’s most exciting midfielders, combining energy, technical quality and an impressive range of passing with an ability to win possession and drive the team forward.

Speaking about the extension, Blindkilde Brown said: “I’m really excited to carry on this journey. I’ve had a really fun two-and-a-half years here.

“I’ve grown so much as a player, and this is a team which I think gets the best out of me too. I want to show more of what I can do this season.”
