Katie McCabe will leave Arsenal Women when her contract expires at the end of the 2025/26 season, having joined the club back in 2015.

The Republic of Ireland centurion has made over 300 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 37 goals, winning one FA Cup, one WSL title, three League Cups, one UEFA Women’s Champions League, and one FIFA Champions Cup.

The FIFA Champions Cup win in February 2026 means that McCabe leaves Arsenal having won every available club trophy during her time with the Gunners.

Director of Women’s Football Clare Wheatley told www.arsenal.com: “Over more than a decade at Arsenal, Katie has made a significant and lasting contribution to the history and success of our football club. Katie has led with passion and commitment, giving everything for the badge and forging a special bond with our supporters. She departs as a club legend and we are so proud of our shared journey together.”
