England Women U-23s defeated Sweden 3-0 at Real Murcia in Spain to lift the WU23 European Competition Friendly Finals trophy.
The Young Lionesses made a fantastic start with two goals inside the first 10 minutes.
Chloe Sarwie forced the Swedes to concede possession, with the ball coming to Issy Goodwin, who beat goalkeeper Moa Edrud from outside the box.
Sarwie was soon involved again when she delivered a corner that Hannah Silcock headed in off the near post.
Ten minutes after the interval it was 3-0, with Lenna Gunning-Williams bursting into the box between two defenders and cutting the ball back for Olivia McLoughlin to put away on the stretch.
McLoughlin put a good chance over the top, while Sweden hit the crossbar during the latter stages.
