Crystal Palace have appointed Remi Allen assistant coach, joining manager Jo Potter’s new-look coaching team.

A former England U-23 assistant coach, Allen recently had spells in charge at both London City Lionnesses and Southampton and is now reunited with Potter, having spent three years as teammates at Reading.

Allen told cpfc.co.uk: “I’m thrilled to be joining Crystal Palace Women as Assistant Coach.

“The club has an ambitious vision for the women’s team, and I’m looking forward to working with the players and staff and preparing for what promises to be an exciting season.”
