Bristol City Women have signed goalkeeper Lauren Brzykcy from Swedish side Piteå on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
She played College Football for UCLA, before joining San Diego Wave. From there she had a spell in Sweden at Vittsjö ad 26 games with Piteå.
Although US-born, Brzykcy made her debut for Hungary in 2024, and has since become their first-choice goalkeeper.
Brzycky told bcfc.co.uk: “I’m thrilled to be at this amazing club and I’m excited to get to work.
“Everything is progressing in a positive way, and I think this is a good step for me.”
Head Coach Charlotte Healy added: “Lauren is a very talented goalkeeper who will add to the quality and competition in our goalkeeper department.
“We are really looking forward to working with her and seeing her develop with us.”
