
Barcelona’s Aitana Bonmatí was named 2024/25 UEFA Women’s Champions League Player of the Season, also taking the prize for Goal of the Season thanks to her solo strike against Chelsea.
Lyon’s Melchie Dumornay won the Young Player honour and the Haitian international had two goals in the top ten, including second best.
Arsenal’s Mariona Caldentey scored the third best goal, Manchester City’s Khadija Shaw fourth and teammate Alanna Kennedy ninth.
The UWCL Team of the Season was dominated by the finalists, with Arsenal contributing five players and Barcelona four. The remaining two positions were taken by Chelsea and Lyon.
