England Women Run Out 3 0 Winners over Ten Player Australia

England Women beat ten-player Australia 3-0 in the International Friendly played at Pride Park.

Aggie Beever-Jones had a goal disallowed but scored on the second attempt from her free kick, assisted by Lucy Bronze. Alanna Kennedy had been sent off for pulling down Alessia Russo as she looked to break through on goal.

Bronze slotted in the second goal of the first half past Mackenzie Arnold, after a cutback from Ella Toone.

Lucia Kendall saw her header deflected onto the top of the bar by Steph Catley, but Michelle Agyemang had to be stretchered off.

England would also finish with ten players, Beever-Jones going off injured with all substitutions already made.

Katrina Gorry conceded a penalty for a foul on Missy Bo Kearns, with Georgia Stanway firing home to make it 3-0 at the death.
