England Women Under 19s topped their UEFA Women’s U19 EURO 1st Round qualifying group after a 1-1 draw with Austria in Estonia.

Lauren Smith’s side took the lead approaching half time, as Lois Shooter chased down a loose ball to get through on goal and slot home.

Although Austria equalised almost immediately, a goalless second half saw the Young Lionesses top the A3 table after earlier victories over Greece and Estonia.

League A round 2 will be drawn on 11 December and played in spring, to decide the seven teams joining hosts Bosnia and Herzegovina in the finals from 27 June to 10 July 2026.
