
Hammarby IF and BK Häcken have won through to the inaugural UEFA Women’s Europa Cup Final.
Hammarby built on their 3-2 win at Sparta Prague with home goals from Fanny Peterson and Vilde Hasund, sealing a 5-2 aggregate victory.
Häcken lost 1-0 at home to Eintracht Frankfurt with a goal from Nicole Anyomi, but advanced 3-1 overall after their 3-0 first-leg advantage.
The final will be played over two legs on April 25/26 and May 2/3.
