Cardiff City stayed top by a point with a victory over Swansea City, while Wrexham kept up the pressure with a game in hand after winning at The New Saints. All the goals came in 13 first-half minutes as Lily Billingham and Laura Curock scored for the Bluebirds, with Eilish Mitchell netting for the Swans in-between. Substitute Fay Knox got the only goal for Wrexham midway through the second half, with TNS having both Mia Gwen Davies and sub Yasmin Evans dismissed in the latter stages.

Beca Thomas, Erin Powell’s penalty, and a strike from substitute Lauren Payne saw Barry defeat Pontypridd. Briton Ferry led Aberystwyth for much of the match through Jess Denscombe, but Libby Isaac levelled in the last 10 minutes.

Phoebe Ellis and Melanie Barlow scored the goals for Connah’s Quay, the second coming after a red card for Flint goalkeeper Shaunacy Kennedy, as they won the title for a second successive season. A Maddie Williams double saw Llandudno beat Bangor, despite a late own-goal from Jasmin Dutton. Sophie Cook scored twice and Harriet Davies added the other as Llanfair United defeated Berriew.

Cascade 1-1 Cardiff Met
Cwmbran Celtic 3-0 Carmarthen Town
Taffs Well 3-0 Llanelli Town
Cardiff Met were pegged back by Cascade for a 1-1 draw, as substitute Megan Waite cancelled out Molly Chapman’s opener for the newly-crowned champions. Cwmbran Celtic’s 3-0 victory over Carmarthen came after the visitors had Lani Hogben sent off after just 10 minutes, with Fiona Anthony, Hollie Channing and Macey Morris all getting on the scoresheet. Taffs Well posted a similar score against Llanelli as Rianne Jones netted a couple, with Emily Davies also on target.
