Leeds United Women took advantage of FA WNL Division 1 North leaders Huddersfield dropping points to move within goal difference of them.

Millie Ravening converted a penalty to complete her hat-trick for Northern Premier Division top side Burnley against Rugby Borough. Wolves score six past Derby County to stay on the heels of the leaders with a game in hand. Monique Robinson’s stoppage-time goal gave West Brom the win at Halifax.

Maddie Perry led the way for Southern Premier Division leaders Watford with five of their 14 goals against relegated Billericay. Plymouth Argyle beat Lewes 2-0, with Tamara Wilcock scoring and Layla Proctor adding a stoppage-time goal in front of a crowd of nearly 1,000. Third-placed AFC Bournemouth hit hosts Cheltenham Town for six. Gwalia United beat AFC Wimbledon to get out of the relegation zone at their expense. Fearne Slocombe’s goal gave Exeter City victory at Hashtag United.

Division One North is only led now by Huddersfield Town on goal difference after they were held at home by Norton, while Leeds United won at Blackburn Rovers helped by an Amy Woodruff brace. Cheadle Town and Durham Cestria both moved above Wythenshawe, also on goal-difference. Doncaster Rovers Belles earned a valuable point against Stockport County as they came from two goals down in their fight to avoid relegation.

Boldmere scored both goals at Notts County, but their Division One Midlands leadership remains precarious as title-favourites Peterborough United overcame Worcester City with a big score and bumper crowd. Stourbridge won the basement battle to move within a point of possibly getting out of the bottom two. Sheffield FC pipped Northampton Town with the only goal, scored late on by substitute Tilly Hallas-Potts.

Moneyfields overcame Worthing to stay in pole position in Division One South West, while Swindon Town kept up the pressure also with a high-scoring result against Keynsham.
