Aberystwyth Town edged a seven-goal thriller with Barry, in which their Carys Bufton scored twice, including a penalty, while the visitors had substitute India Shanahan sent off.

Briton Ferry set up a 5-1 victory at Pontypridd with three goals in the space of 13 first-half minutes.

Connah’s Quay Nomads were presented with their trophy after winning at Berriew, where substitute Megan Gaelandro bagged a brace. Alaw Prys Huws hit a hat-trick in Felinheli’s 4-2 result against Llandudno.

Flint Town beat 10-player Llanfair 2-1 after the visitors had Mary Baily red-carded late on. Ruby Hastings earlier scored a crucial second goal for the home team but they still finished goal difference behind Llanfair in the table.

Champions Cardiff Met had to come from behind to beat Pure Swansea with a decider from Ava Houghton.

Carmarthen Town sank Taffs Well 7-2 aided by doubles from Jasmine Guymer and Ophelia Jenkins, as they secured the runners-up spot.

Cwmbran Celtic put five past Llanelli, helped by a couple each from Chelsea Cochrane and Fiona Anthony, as thy finished third.

Penybont sub Mia Taylor made the breakthrough after Cascade had Megan Waite sent off, but Ellis Lunn earned the visitors a draw with a late reply, which saw them take fifth place on goal difference.
