The New Saints secured a spot in the top four of the Genero Adran Premier ahead of the league split for Phase Two of the season.

Their victory over Aberystwyth – with goals by Zara Gibbs ad Lexi Jones – put a top-half spot beyond Briton Ferry, who were reduced to 10 players in a 3-1 loss at Wrexham. They did lead through Grace Evans, but Katie Barker soon levelled from the spot, Rosie Hughes adding a double before Olivia Kett-White saw red.

Cardiff City hit Pontypridd for six to stay in pole position, Mikayla Cook and Madison Lloyd each bagging a brace. Swansea City sank Barry 7-1 as Chloe Chivers featured with a hat-trick.

A third consecutive win for Llanfair put them within three points of Adran North leaders Connah’s Quay Nomads, Tania Wylde and Harriet Davies each scoring twice at Lladudno. Felinheli found a late equaliser to Shannon Hobbs opener through Jenna Allsup away at third-placed Flint, to go fourth.

Cardiff Met’s 4-2 victory over Penybont kept them top of Adran South on goal difference from Pure Swansea, who beat Llanelli 3-0. Esme Kilburn-Thompson’s double for Met was wiped out before they again took a two-goal lead. Cascade got off the bottom at Llanelli’s expense with a fine 5-2 result over third-placed Carmarthen, Ellis Lunn leading the way with a treble.
