The FA WNL Cup and Plate First Round Previews

The FA WNL Cup and Plate fixtures include two ties where the opposing sides had only just played each other in the league during midweek.

Norwich City go again against Peterborough United, whom they drew away to on Wednesday, Bristol Rovers host Gwalia United whom they denied victory in added time on Thursday.

AFC Wimbledon take on Cup holders AFC Bournemouth, and there’s a big clash between third and second in the Southern Premier Division as Portsmouth play Fulham.

Norton tackle high-flying West Brom, while Oxford United face Chelsea’s youngsters.

There are also some attractive games against Under-21 teams in the Plate competition, with Chorley meeting Manchester City, Notts County entertaining Manchester United, and Plymouth Argyle welcoming Arsenal.
