Spain clinched a record seventh UEFA Women’s U-19 Championship title and fourth in a row with a 4-0 victory over France.

Cris Librán opened the scoring after 16 minutes with a swerving effort from distance, Clara Serrajordi then setting up Daniela Agote for the second before the break.

Serrajordi got the third herself after her initial header had been blocked, Laia López came out to deny tournament top scorer Liana Joseph a goal back for France after a ball from Player of the Tournament Maeline Mendy.

Noemi Bejarano picked out the far corner in the dying minutes to wrap up the trophy for Spain, who surpass Germany’s six WU19 successes and became the first side to win any UEFA youth tournament four years in a row.
