Brentwood Town edged 10-player Bowers & Pitsea by the odd goal in five after trailing 2-1. Amy Day was shown a straight red card on 68 minutes, and Poppy Binding grabbed the decider eight minutes afterwards with her second of the night.

Watford Ladies Development had to come from behind to secure a 3-1 win at St Albans City, leaving the Saints still chasing their first point.

Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers substitute Jessica Armstrong grabbed a late equaliser to force a 1-1 draw at Wroxham.

Histon and AFC Sudbury were two divisions apart last season, but this term they played out a goalless draw.

Stevenage Reserves took the points 2-0 at Hitchin Belles, with Tegan Wilson scoring close to the break and Poppy Clarry sealing the victory after 77 minutes.

Cambridge City recovered from a two-goal deficit to earn a point in a 2-2 draw with Newmarket Town.
