Republic of Ireland Women Trio Back for World Cup Qualifiers

Republic of Ireland Women have Courtney Brosnan, Megan Connolly and Leanne Kiernan back in the squad after injury for two very tough World Cup qualifiers.

The three returning players bring the experience of a combined total of over 150 caps for their country, as Ireland bid to make the finals for only a second time.

Ireland start their qualifiers for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil against France at Tallaght Stadium on 3 March, followed up by the Netherlands in Utrecht on 7 March.
