Republic of Ireland won all three of their matches to lift the Schools Association Football International Board Bob Docherty Cup, staged by Northern Ireland.

Scotland finished runners-up with two victories, England and Northern Ireland ending up with three points from a single success each.

Lily McLaughlin and Toni Campbell both scored in the first 14 minutes of the opening tie, as Scotland beat the hosts 2-0.

Republic of Ireland began by defeating last year’s champions England, in a match that doubled up as the annual John Read Trophy.

Leah O’Leary-Callender and Halle Harcourt netted in quick succession, with Rachel Oware replying but the Irish held out for the win.
