Reading Women and Birtley Town both became the first teams to defeat their respective Regional League Division leaders.

EASTERN – Haylock Hits Hat-Trick For Atletico

Premier – Watford Ladies Development’s Catherine Reeves bagged a brace as they held second-placed Haringey Borough to a 2-2 draw. Brooke Haylock’s hat-trick helped Atletico London beat Hutton 4-0 to rise to fifth spot.

1 North – Real Bedford Reserves’ 4-1 win over mid-table Hitchin Belles lifted them goal difference above Stevenage Development, moving them into second place.

1 South – Brentwood Town climbed to third with all five goals of the match at home against Stanway Pegasus.

EAST MIDLANDS – Long Eaton Take Over at the Top

1 Central – Long Eaton United take over at the top with a 2-0 win over Melbourne Dynamo, but Asfordby Amateurs are unbeaten with games in hand. Basford United pulled off a 3-1 victory at third-placed Nottingham Trent University, Coalville Town came through 5-3 at basement side Sherwood, while the University of Nottingham overran West Bridgford 14-1.

1 North – Chesterfield Community Trust are up to fourth following a 2-1 victory away at Notts County Development.

1 South – New Bradwell St Peter’s Grace Miller made the 88th-minute breakthrough against bottom side Brackley Town to lift them two places to fourth.

LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Barking Host Midweek Clash

Premier – There were no fixtures due to County Cup commitments, but on Wednesday 21 January, third-placed Barking will host Dartford, who are in sixth but have multiple matches to catch up on.

NORTH EAST – Birtley Town Hit Leaders for Six

Premier – Bradford City’s Aaliyah Nolan scored the only goal as they made it nine straight wins away to Spennymoor Town, who slipped to third. Alnwick Town climbed to second after edging hosts Sunderland West End 5-4. Thornaby narrowly beat last-placed Wallsend BC 2-1, while South Shields put five past Brunsmeer Athletic.

1 North – Birtley Town stunned Gateshead Rutherford, handing them their first defeat with a 6-0 win. Second-placed Washington were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Berwick Rangers. Stockton Town came from 2-1 down at half-time to secure a 7-2 victory at Hartlepool United. Norton & Stockton Ancients Reserves thrashed Park View 9-1, while Redcar Town climbed out of the drop zone after a 3-0 win at Wallsend BC Reserves.

1 South – Lower Hopton held Sheffield Wednesday to a 1-1 draw, leaving the Owls level on points with both Farsley and Ilkley Town. Katie Priestley netted a treble as Farsley beat Ilkley 4-1. Millmoor claimed their first win, 5-1, in the basement battle with York City Development.

NORTH WEST – Crewe Alexandra Deny Top Side Victory

Premier – Mid-table Crewe Alexandra held leaders Mancunian Unity to a 1-1 tie, which was also the outcome of Poulton Vics versus Tranmere Rovers.

1 North – Top side Bolton Wanderers Reserves beat Haslingden 4-0, while Preston North End kept up the pressure with a Grace Flinn goal at Workington Town. Penrith sit third after a narrow victory over Morecambe with an Abbie Forster goal, despite a late red card for Kimberley McCormick.

1 South – Chester are third after a 5-1 result over AFC Crewe, who had scored early on. Warrington Town saw off Liverpool Feds Reserves by the same score.

SOUTHERN – Reading Inflict First Loss Upon Wycombe

Premier – Mid-table Reading handed Wycombe Wanderers their first loss of the campaign with a single goal, Beaconsfield Town are level on points with second-placed Winchester City, who are beating Woodley United 4-1, while Fleet Town edged Badshot Lea 1-0.

1 North – Larkspur Rovers moved level on points with leaders Denham United – who have three games in hand – by beating Oxford City Development 3-0, whose Tilly Anthony was red-carded. Abingdon United Development substitute Ellie Owen scored in a 1-1 tie with Slough Town, Penn & Tylers Green came out on top 5-3 against Tilehurst Panthers, and Chesham United Development defeated Ascot United Reserves 4-0.

1 South – Sheree Bell-Jack’s brace set up Wimborne Town for a 3-1 success against Shaftesbury to rise to second, while Hollie Keating’s 90th-minute goal gave Bemerton Heath Harlequins a 2-1 win at Guernsey as they moved up to third.

Shield Services Group SOUTH WEST – Bitton Break Corsham Run

Premier – Poole Town are fourth after defeating second-placed Sherborne Town 2-1 with a double from Summer Williams.

1 North – Bitton became the first side to take points off Corsham Town, handing them a 2-0 defeat as Hayley Honeywell and Abbie Woodley-Marshall scored. Gloucester City Reserves won 4-1 at mid-table Cirencester Town to move up to eighth.

WEST MIDLANDS – Chasetown End Walsall’s 100% Record

Premier – Despite an early goal for Alvechurch, Lye Town came away with a 2-1 result that put them within a point of leaders Redditch Borough.

1 North – Chasetown are third after ending Walsall’s perfect run with a goalless draw. AFC Telford United’s Olivia Bellamy scored twice as they won 3-1 at Rugby Town to take sixth position from them.

1 South – Hereford FC climbed off the bottom at the expense of Kingfisher, whom they beat with a Sheree Smith effort, even though they had Katy Huntbach dismissed.
