Nottingham Forest ran out 7-2 winners over West Brom to seal top spot ahead of Wolves, who did all they could on the final day by hitting Liverpool Feds for six. Stoke City took third spot ahead of Burnley, Hull City held Rugby Borough 1-1 to end two places higher in eighth.

Ipswich Town celebrated their promotion to the Championship with a big win over 8-0 Cheltenham, runners-up Hashtag United taking the points 2-0 at Oxford United. Watford claimed third spot ahead of Exeter City by a point after a draw away to the Grecians. Lewes finished in the top half by goal-difference from AFC Wimbledon, who beat Billericay Town 4-0 to send them down while Plymouth Argyle survived with victory at Gwalia.

Middlesbrough topped the table o goal-difference by a margin of five, after they scored three at Barnsley FC, as Cheadle Town Stingers missed out despite defeating AFC Fylde. Chorley took third place ahead of Leeds, Stockport County pulled level on points with sixth-placed Durham Cestria whom they beat 3-1 away.
