Manchester City Women have signed goalkeeper Eartha Cumings on a three-year deal, as she returns to the WSL after two seasons in the Swedish top-flight.
She had spells at Bristol City, Charlton Athletic, Liverpool and Everton before joining Rosengård, playing every top-flight game for them in their title-winning 2024 season and receiving the Goalkeeper of the Year award.
Cumings said: “I think it’s an exciting team and it’s always nice to come close to home.
“There are a lot of young players, but also a bit of a mix [with experience] and obviously, City has really high ambitions and aspirations, so it’s an exciting time to be a part of this team.
“From the outside, it looks like a really great goalkeeper union and like it looks like they have great fun. So, I’m looking forward to being part of it.”
Director of Football Therese Sjogran added: “Eartha is an impressive goalkeeper that will bring even more international experience to our squad.
“She gives her all on and off the pitch, and we’re looking forward to welcoming her to the team.”
