London City Lionesses have signed German international forward Nicole Anyomi on a three-year deal from Frauen-Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Anyomi joined Eintracht Frankfurt in 2021 and scored 60 goals in 130 appearances, while internationally earning 34 caps for her country and being part of the squads that reached the final of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 and won bronze at the 2024 Olympic Games.
Known for her pace, versatility, and direct attacking style, Anyomi has also had spells with Borussia Mönchengladbach and SGS Essen, helping the latter reach the 2020 DFB-Pokal final.
Anyomi told londoncitylionesses.com: “I always wanted to play abroad and to have the offer from this club with their project means the world.
“I have played in the Champions League and a different league so I hope I can add something new to the team.
“I’m really excited to test myself against some of the biggest clubs and can’t wait to get to work with the players and staff.
