Plymouth pulled off a fine 3-0 victory at Watford, where Olivia Francis bagged a brace. Lewes fought back from a goal down at the break to win 4-1 at Hashtag. Sophie Gillies hit a hat-trick as Exeter City saw off Fulham. Kenni Thompson scored the only goal as AFC Bournemouth advanced past QPR, while Jessica Francis-Wright did likewise for Dulwich against Chatham.

London Bees also won a seven-goal thriller but nearly let a 4-0 lead slip at Cambridge, after Millie Isherwood had contributed a couple. Luton levelled late to take London City PGA to extra time before bowing out.
