
Hearts Women climbed to second place in the SWPL table with a 3-2 win over Rangers.

Leaders Glasgow City scored twice in the first six minutes on their way to a 4-0 victory over Partick Thistle, with Abi Harrison bagging a brace.
Hearts took the lead against Rangers with a Georgia Timms goal, and although Katie Wilkinson quickly replied, Bayley Hutchison’s brace put the hosts 3-1 ahead. Laura Berry got the Gers back in the game in the last 10 minutes, but Hearts’ win lifted them above their visitors and into second place, six points off the leaders.
Celtic were held at home by Hibernian as Eilidh Adams replied to Amy Gallacher’s opener before half-time, although the Hoops did move above Rangers.
Carla Boyce’s treble helped Motherwell edge a seven-goal thriller at Aberdeen, while Jade McLaren netted a 16-minute hat-trick – also including a penalty – before the break to help Montrose put six past Hamilton.

Spartans 1-0 Boroughmuir Thistle
Gartcairn 1-2 Queen’s Park
Livingston 6-1 Stirling University
Kilmarnock edged Dundee United 2-1 to stay top by 13 points ahead of both Spartans and Queen’s Park, who also had narrow victories against Boroughmuir Thistle and Gartcairn respectively. East Fife are seven points off the bottom after defeating St Johnstone, while Livingston overcame Stirling University.
