Guernsey to Make History in the Women’s FA Cup

Guernsey are set to make history as they host Chessington & Hook United in their first-ever Women’s FA Cup match at Victoria Park Stadium.

The Green Lionesses completed their first Regional League campaign last term, finishing seventh in the Southern League Division One South.

Chessington also took seventh spot in their league in 2025-26, but a couple of steps lower in the pyramid, playing in the South East Counties Surrey Premier Division.

Guernsey’s Channel Island rivals, Jersey Bulls, have a walkover into the next round, as scheduled visitors United Services Portsmouth were one of a number of teams to withdraw from the competition.

Sunday 23 August (2pm KO, unless stated otherwise)
