Man City Women full-back Codie Thomas has joined Glasgow City on loan for the rest of the 2025/26 season.
She made her senior debut for Manchester City in the UEFA Women’s Champions League and signed a two-year extension to her original contract last summer.
Thomas has helped Man City’s Next Gen side climb to the top of the PGA U21 Division One, and she now spends the rest of the season with the SWPL leaders.
Glasgow head coach, Leanne Ross, told glasgowcityfc.co.uk: “We’re pleased to bring Codie to Glasgow City for the rest of the season.
“She is an energetic player who is composed on the ball and works hard out of possession, and has already gained senior experience in England and in the Champions League.
“As we enter a crucial period of the campaign, Codie’s arrival adds more competition and quality to the squad, and we look forward to seeing how she contributes during her time in Scotland.”
