Evie Rabjohn has left Manchester United and signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Celtic Women, while Maddi Wilde joins the Hoops on loan from London City Lionesses.
Rabjohn has had spells with Aston Villa and on loan at Sunderland during the first half of the current campaign.
She has represented England at U-17, U-19 and U-23 levels to date.
Head coach Grant Scott told celticfc.com: “Evie is a really exciting young player who we’re delighted to bring to the club.
“She is a composed player who can play across the back line and holding midfield.”
Rabjohn added: “I’m very excited to be here! I’m ready to play and show what I’m about.
“Coming to Celtic is an opportunity to fight for trophies, and titles. That is something that as a kid, you dream of.”
Maddi Wilde is a right-back who has helped both Bristol City and London City clinch promotion to the WSL.
Grant Scott said: “Maddi is a real quality addition for us.
“She’s played across a number of positions along a back four at a high level with her previous clubs.
“She has developed in top environments alongside some of the best players in the world. We are delighted to welcome her to Celtic.”
