
England Women Under-20s defeated Mexico 3-2 in their final match of three games at the Pinatar Arena in Spain.
After a win over China last week but 4-1 defeat against USA at the weekend, the Young Lionesses fell behind to a early goal from Vareli Valadez.
A swift equaliser followed though, as Jess Anderson’s cross was turned home at the near post by Vivienne Lia.
England then took the lead before the half-hour mark, May Cruft scoring from 15 yards out.
It was 3-1 very soo after the iterval, Anderson agais the provider with a cross ad substitute Ava Baker with the far-post finish.
Mexico pulled it back to 3-2 but England held out for the victory.
