England Women U-17s pipped Norway on penalties in the MIMA Cup, while Scotland defeated Wales 2-0.

After a goalless draw, the match was decided by penalties, with the Young Lionesses clinching victory 5-4 in the shootout.

Goalkeeper Victoria Rudz made two saves, and Katie Scott, Zoe Ciccardini, Bryony Brodie, Aysia Matabaro, and Chelsea N’Drin all scored their penalties.

Jess Ramsay gave Scotland the lead after just 9 minutes against Wales, hitting the roof of the net from the edge of the box.

Eleven minutes after the interval, Lucy Jane Hope doubled the lead when Phoebe O’Donnell broke into the side of the area and cut the ball back to be turned home.

The last fixtures – to be confirmed – in the tournament take place on Saturday 14 February, at the Pinatar Arena in Murcia, Spain.
