Arsenal face Brighton in a second all top-tier tie, WSL 2 leaders Charlton Athletic will welcome Liverpool and the lowest-ranked side left in the competition – Birmingham City – have a massive home match with Manchester City.
The four ties will be played on the weekend of Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 April.
Winning clubs at this stage receive £90,000, those eliminated get £22,500.
