Chelsea were 3-0 winners over Manchester United in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup Final in front of 74,412 at Wembley Stadium.

Sonia Bompastor’s side added the trophy to the WSL title and Subway League Cup, as they completed an unbeaten domestic campaign.

Manchester United’s Phallon Tullis-Joyce saved well from Aggie Beever-Jones and later Mayra Ramirez, aided by a crucial Leah Galton challenge.

United’s Dominique Janssen rifled a powerful strike over the crossbar, when the ball fell to her.

Chelsea took the lead late in the first half, Sandy Baltimore converting from the spot after Celin Bizet brought down Erin Cuthbert in the box.

Chelsea goalkeeper Hannah Hampton was forced into her first saves by Elisabeth Terland and substitute Ella Toone, United’s Gabby George almost turned a cross into her own net.

Hampton made a brave block as Terland threatened again, before the Blues doubled their advantage in the dying minutes, Catarina Macario heading home from Baltimore’s free kick.
