Cardiff Met quickly overcame an early deficit and go on to win 4-2 at Pure Swansea, as they stayed top of the Genero Adran Leagues South table.

Cardiff City still lead the league after beating Barry 4-2. Fiona Barry scored the only goal of the first half, with Mackenzie Olden and Ffion Price extending the lead to 3-0. Danielle Broadhurst responded before Amy Long netted City’s fourth, and Millie Breen quickly added a second for the visitors.

Wrexham remain just a goal difference away from the top following a 2-0 victory over The New Saints. Katie Barker’s opener was added to in the second half by Faye Hillier-Knox.

Swansea City stay just a point behind the leading pair, having secured a 2-1 victory at Aberystwyth. Lalita Egan conceded an own-goal but later equalized for Aber, before Chloe Chivers secured the Swans’ winner in the 70th minute.

Briton Ferry moved level on points with fourth-placed TNS, their 2-1 victory over Pontypridd leaving the visitors struggling to get off the mark after eight games. They did reply to Laura-May Walkley-Witts’ goal but Megan Kearle got the decider for Llansawel.

Adran North

The nine-goal Nomads go top after securing two wins from two, with Ella Jones scoring four times at Bangor.

Llandudno earned their first victory with a 2-0 win at Llanfair, placing them third in the table. Jasmin Dutton broke the deadlock from the spot, Cara Roberts sealed the points in the dying minutes.

Cardiff Met maintained their perfect start at the expense of Pure Swansea in the top-of-the-table clash. Despite conceding first, Met had turned the game around by only the eighth minute.

Carmarthen are third after a narrow victory over basement side Cascade, Casi Joes with the crucial second goal after Summer Evans’ free kick was responded to by Iris Jones.

Taffs Well fought back from 3-1 down at half-time to draw 3-3 at Llanelli, Rianne Jones scoring two goals and receiving two cautions.

Cwmbran’s Summer Bowen-Quirk scored an own goal but Celtic equalised late on through Cerys Pinchard, following the dismissal of Penybont’s Carys Minton.
