Swansea City secured a 2-0 win at Ponthir, with second-half goals from Lily Stabler and Carys Reason.
Gracie Campbell and Lily Bethell both scored twice for Barry, with Phoebe Howells adding another goal, while Phoebe Moss netted twice for Thornhill.
Briton Ferry overcame Llandudno with five second-half goals, Meisi Griffiths having earlier cancelled out the first of two Begw Gruffydd penalties. Llansawel’s other goals came from Eva Young, Bella Williams, Maddie Williams, Maizie Stiens and Tia Casburn-Davies.
The New Saints scored all eight goals of the tie at Rhyl, with two each from Evie Wigley, Lexi Jones and Maisy Jones, plus singles by Tilly Jones and Tallulah Parker.
