Burnley Women have signed Republic of Ireland midfielder Jamie Finn on a two-year deal, following her exit from Sunderland earlier this summer.
She has earned 22 caps for her country to date and, after spells with the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles and Shelbourne, spent three years with Birmingham City, making a total of 56 appearances at the BWSL2 level.
Last season, she played for Sunderland 15 times, following a comeback from an ACL injury.
Finn told burnleyfootballclub.com: “I’m very excited to be here and I’m happy to sign for this club. It’s a massive club with a lot of history.
“The conversations that I’ve had with the club and the management team have been very positive.
“I think it’s a professional environment that I can rally progress in. You come in every day wanting to work hard, so to have the facilities that we do here will make that even easier.”
