Burnley Women have signed left-back Kiera Sena, who joined the squad after parting ways with fellow BWSL2 side Southampton last month.
She made her senior debut for Cork City at just 15, racking up nearly 50 appearances before joining Southampton in July 2025.
Internationally, she has represented her country at the U17 and U19 levels, starting all three group games at the U19 European Championships last year.
The Republic of Ireland youth international, who has agreed a two-year contract with the Clarets, said: “I’m excited to be here and I’m looking forward to getting going.
“It (Southampton) was a massive experience, being my first professional contract. It didn’t go the way I planned, so I’m excited for a fresh start.
“The ambitions of Burnley, and the fact that they want to progress into the WSL, show that they are so invested into the Women’s side of things.”
