Barcelona saw off Bayern Munich 4-2 on the day and 5-3 on aggregate to set up a UEFA Women’s Champions League final clash with Lyon.

There were three goals in the first quarter of the second leg, as Caroline Graham Hansen’s cross was buried by Salma Paralluelo, Pernille Harder played in Linda Dallmann to level, but Alexia Putellas restored the lead.

Ewa Pajor scored with a thumping header from a Paralluelo delivery, and Putellas doubled her tally via an Esmee Brugts header.

Into the last 20 minutes, Bayern gave themselves some hope as Dallmann this time set up Harder to score.

Harder exchanged passes with Edna Imade to seemingly get her second of the day with 90 minutes on the clock, but a VAR check denied her the goal.
