Women’s Football Pyramid 2020/21: Scotland

The Scottish section of the magazine’s four-nation reference guide to the women’s league pyramid for 2020-21. Scottish Premier 1 sits at tier one with Celtic, Forfar Farmington, Glasgow City, Hearts, Hibernian, Motherwell, Rangers and Spartans; Premier 2 follows at tier two with Aberdeen, Boroughmuir Thistle, Dundee United, Kilmarnock, Glasgow Women, Hamilton Academical, St Johnstone, Queen’s Park, Stirling University and Partick Thistle. Below them run the Championship North and South and then the regional Scottish Women’s Football League sections – Central/South East, North/East, West/South West and, distinctively, Highlands and Islands, which takes in Brora Rangers, Caithness, Kirkwall City, Orkney and Sutherland. Around ninety clubs are listed. The compiler states the lists were accurate to the best of the magazine’s knowledge as at 21 September 2020.
