We Kick with Richmond Park FC

Richmond Park FC’s Under-12 girls won the Dana Cup B Final in Denmark, beating Gambarogno FC of Switzerland one-nil to become the only English team to lift a trophy at a tournament involving more than 1,150 teams and around 25,000 children, with just 28 cups awarded. They played sides from Denmark, Norway, Germany, Finland, Switzerland and the Faroe Islands, and made up a chant for the trip that the Under-15 boys danced to. The squad is Cerys, Ama, Romy, Elyssa, Grace, Sigrid, Daisy W, Daisy H, Millie, Katie, Gemma, Abbey and Izzy, coached by Darren and Jim. They play nine-a-side in the Surrey County league and went together to the Women’s FA Cup final.
