Watford: Fast Facts & Ground Grab

Doubts had circled about whether Watford would field a WSL side at all until Keith Boanas arrived days before kick-off. The page records a 2016 of two wins, one draw and fifteen defeats, bottom on seven points with thirteen scored and fifty-three conceded; Ellie Mason, Anne Laure Davy and Charlotte Kerr shared the scoring on three each, and Anneka Nuttall started all eighteen. Boanas holds a UEFA Pro Licence and brings seven years at Charlton Athletic Ladies, where he reached three consecutive FA Women’s Cup finals and won in 2005, followed by eight years managing Estonia. She Kicks invites readers who love an underdog to get behind the Golden Girls. Home games move to Gaywood Park at Kings Langley, five pounds for adults.
