Hibernian’s captain joins the She Kicks writing team and opens with a season that has already held a great deal: the top of the Scottish league at the halfway point, a League Cup retained against Celtic, a first major tournament with Scotland that did not go as hoped but left the squad determined to return, and a Champions League group in Romania that began with a 5-0 win over Swansea and ended in elimination on two draws.
