Transfer Watch, January 2021 Window (correct to 24 January)
She Kicks, issue 65, February 2021 p.6
A complete list of the twenty-five transfers into and out of the FA Women’s Super League and Championship in the January 2021 window, correct to 24 January with the deadline four days away. It is a snapshot of a market still reordering itself after the extraordinary summer before it: several of the previous window’s headline arrivals go straight back, with Alex Morgan returning to Orlando Pride, Rachel Daly to Houston Dash and Rachel Corsie to Kansas City, while Alanna Kennedy, Shelina Zadorsky, Emily van Egmond and Claire Emslie all convert loans to permanent deals. Mana Iwabuchi joins Aston Villa from INAC Kobe, Abby Dahlkemper joins Manchester City, Zecira Musovic joins Chelsea, and Jill Scott goes to Everton on loan after more than a decade at City.
